A New Understanding Past Meets Present



                   Mind, Body, and Spirit 

                      Your Journey to introspection

So now you have come to the understanding that you may not be crazy after all and this thing you have been living with for years even decades has a name and a function.  These are some of the connective points you may find yourself reaching from this point forward. It may also resemble the 5 stages of grief, but with a more profound end result.  

Progress Point 1:  You mean there are others who can do this very same thing? Why have I not heard the term before why have I not met anyone else till now? ~When the time is right your peers will come and guide you further. 

Progress Point 2: Clarity and inward understanding become the focus. Obtaining as much material and reaching out to others who have developed their own way to deal with being an empath is incredibly important.  
There is a sense of belonging and you may have a new sense of identity as well as a higher sense of becoming comfortable with your knowing ability. You may also feel a need to reach out to the animal community and do what you can to help as you realize all life is connected. 

~It is important to go within and realize who you were before you became so involved in obtaining things. 

Progress Point 3: Self Doubt can seep into your thought process.  Very often after indulging in information binging it can become apparent that you are now questioning society, spirituality, and consciousness everything that makes us human. 
You may find yourself asking deep philosophical questions and because not all life on the planet is at peace it may create an uneasiness that was not there before you started this path. Then you will come to a place where you will see that not everything is black and white and there are many grey areas.  
You may also become frustrated with your upbringing and how you were taught to not be so oversensitive or your desire to be around animals or elderly people. 
~Allowing yourself to finally realize that there was a reason for your behavior when you were younger and that it was not all due to just having a fit to get your way, or having odd behavior because you were "overcaring" can help put things into perspective. 

Progress Point 4: A decision to choose. Self-doubt can bring with it many painful and confusing memories that with time and understanding can be sorted out and dealt with more clearly.  You realize that you no longer have to re-hash your past and that allowing for it to be properly placed in the past does not take anything away from who you are now. 
Everyone goes through their own unique story and now you get to choose how you want to move forward.  It is not about letting go it is about regaining ground and taking back your authority and your voice. 
Once you have reached this point you can begin to feel empowered and on a path to becoming more creative with the understanding that you are a valued human being and deserve peace of mind.  
Realize, Relax, and Rejuvenate your entire state of being.  Allow for healing, to begin with, your thought process, and your body will also begin to feel more energetic.  
~You choose to stay in the old thought process or move forward to claim your rightful place of being calm and fulfilled. 

Progress Point 5: Empowerment and a time for growth as you realize your full potential. You realize that everything you have gone through the good, the bad, and the ugly has created a unique perspective to give you the capacity to help others.  
You have left that which no longer suits your needs and you have a new clarity that allows you to trust your instincts. There is a much better understanding of how your emotions and your physical body respond and you are more aware of what you bring to you and what you release. 
Some probably have already mentioned a new sense of peacefulness about you, and others who no longer desire to be a part of your life. You have taken a very hard look at who is working with you and pushing for you to progress and those who no longer take an interest because you are not doing the same things you used to do. 
~ Realizing the power of your voice and the need to maintain mental and physical health will help you to stay on the right track and avoid destructive behaviors. 

Progress Point 6: Self-Respect and a sense of belonging as you discover ways to share your story.  A strong focus on building character learning where you are vulnerable, learning your assets, and understanding that your self-worth does not come from others opinions but from within is key. 
The realization that you are connected to all things on Earth and that every living thing has an energy field that you can connect to or disconnect from at will allows you to keep positive and protected. It is not a feeling of ego, but of calmness and compassion.  
A strong sense of wanting to teach and help build up young people and others who have fallen into despair may occur.  If so use your life story to show them that, they too can feel a sense of belonging and peace of mind. The pathway you already know can be difficult, but time and the right sense of being make it possible. 

~If everyone had a sense of belonging and of self-respect, there would be less loss of human life. Make it your duty to rise up and then teach one more so that they too can make a difference.

What happens to the human consciousness when we sleep?


The consciousness receives certain freedoms and independence from the etheric body.  The etheric body depends on the physical body and respectfully it registers all processes that take place within the physical body.  When you fall asleep the physiological processes of the body don't stop they only fade a little. Respectfully the connection between the etheric body and the physical body becomes weaker.  Specifically, it just signals that the body is alive.  The body temperature goes down the cerebral frequency lowers as well as the heartbeat and all vital rhythms.  

In other words, the vital rhythm which actually keeps track of the etheric body and controls it so that it doesn't disappear becomes calm and steady.  In the etheric body, steps require great attention to be paid to the physical body therefore the close contact between the etheric and the astral body also breaks apart. 

The etheric body is like a sleeping guardian at this moment the astral body separates from the etheric body although not completely.  A connection along a silver cord does remain, but it gains freedom. At this time it does not require to be registering the physical body or monitoring its survival functions it becomes free to explore the neighboring space. 

Due to its nature, the astral body is able to undergo self-repair and remove fears or negative emotions that have possibly accumulated during the course of the day through dreaming. All these things find a way out during the dreaming cycle. If such does not exist and the astral body is cleaned out then it starts snooping around in neighboring space.

Not to forget that this space is not the physical one it naturally is the astral space this is why when we dream we often land in other worlds. In dreams, we come in contact with entities of a slightly different kind. We come in contact with our mentors and our familiars it happens easily in our dreams.
