A New Understanding Past Meets Present

What happens to the human consciousness when we sleep?
The consciousness receives certain freedoms and independence from the etheric body. The etheric body depends on the physical body and respectfully it registers all processes that take place within the physical body. When you fall asleep the physiological processes of the body don't stop they only fade a little. Respectfully the connection between the etheric body and the physical body becomes weaker. Specifically, it just signals that the body is alive. The body temperature goes down the cerebral frequency lowers as well as the heartbeat and all vital rhythms.
In other words, the vital rhythm which actually keeps track of the etheric body and controls it so that it doesn't disappear becomes calm and steady. In the etheric body, steps require great attention to be paid to the physical body therefore the close contact between the etheric and the astral body also breaks apart.
The etheric body is like a sleeping guardian at this moment the astral body separates from the etheric body although not completely. A connection along a silver cord does remain, but it gains freedom. At this time it does not require to be registering the physical body or monitoring its survival functions it becomes free to explore the neighboring space.
Due to its nature, the astral body is able to undergo self-repair and remove fears or negative emotions that have possibly accumulated during the course of the day through dreaming. All these things find a way out during the dreaming cycle. If such does not exist and the astral body is cleaned out then it starts snooping around in neighboring space.
Not to forget that this space is not the physical one it naturally is the astral space this is why when we dream we often land in other worlds. In dreams, we come in contact with entities of a slightly different kind. We come in contact with our mentors and our familiars it happens easily in our dreams.

7 Potent Plants Packed with Healing Wonders
There is absolutely nothing like having fresh medicinal plants that you can pick and use right on the spot when you need them.
Plus, you can dry them, and then use a mortise and pestle to grind them and encapsulate your own medicinal plants. You know they were never sprayed with pesticides. And you know all about the nutrients that were fed to them.
You can grow them in decorative planters in the kitchen if you have the lighting for it.
Many people set up a multi-tiered rack that allows planter pots to be set at a forward-facing angle. This allows you to put the back of it against a wall, and the plants grow at a forward-facing angle.
Other people like to use wire hangers and hang the pots from a wall in rows or a pattern. If you’re going to do this, then test the strength of your wall.
If you have a sunroom or a sunroom-like area, these make great growing spaces, too.
Here are seven of the best medicinal plants you can grow indoors:
1. St John’s Wort. This plant will grow year-round with a grow light in the morning or evening to extend the growing hours of the day. If you find that it’s not flowering, then it may need longer hours of light.
It’s a great-looking plant with attractive yellow flowers and can really brighten up a home.
Benefits: Maybe as effective as some prescription medication for treating depression1.
Helps alleviate the symptoms of PMS and menopause.
May help with the symptoms of ADD (attention deficit disorder).
2. Thyme. This is a hearty plant that can be used in cooking, as it’s one of the most popular herbs around. It’s hearty, grows pretty easily and doesn’t require much care at all.
Benefits: Thyme has been shown to aid in the relief of chest and respiratory problems, including coughs, bronchitis and chest congestion.
3. Sage. Its genus name, Salvia, means “to heal.” As long as you give it light, adequate water and good soil, you almost can’t kill it. Sage is one of the herbs that makes everyone look like they’ve got a green thumb.
Benefits: May lessen the symptoms of Alzheimer’s. Has been shown to lower both blood glucose and cholesterol.
4. Parsley. Too many people think of parsley as a garnish on their plate. But parsley is one of the best green foods around. It grows rather easily, and you shouldn’t have a problem so long as you keep its soil damp.
Benefits: Can help with bad breath. Can help detoxify the brain of ammonia, thereby reducing the feelings of a hangover. Maybe a potent anticancer agent and has been shown to be chemo-protective.
5. Marigold. A truly unique and beautiful flowing medicinal, marigold will grow with only just a little bit of TLC needed.
Benefits: The flowers have long been touted to possess near legendary anti-inflammatory properties that have shown to fight eczema and allergic reactions. Relieves the pain of arthritis. Can be made into tinctures and ointments that have shown to soothe rashes, bed sores, diaper rash, sunburns and other types of burns.
6. Lavender. This is one of the most fragrant medicinal plants you can grow in your home. Lavender is a little more work to grow inside and it needs a little more space.
Benefits: Put lavender in your pillow to have a restful sleep and avoid insomnia. Helps with nervousness, headache, stomach nerves, restlessness, and stress.
7. Echinacea. Here you have the granddaddy of all medicinal plants. It grows easily, as long as you give it a grow light.
Benefits: Several studies show that Echinacea helps boost the immune system. Echinacea has shown to be very promising in treating most any kind of infection, from sinusitis to vaginal yeast infections to ear infections. Shows promise in treating colon cancer and athlete’s foot.

REVIEWS
I have been doing healing work for decades both in person and online for 100's if not thousands of people. I have used my healing abilities in hospice for children & adults, veterans, AIDS clinics, strangers in parks, churches, homes, workplaces, and for friends and family. I have listened to countless lectures, read books, and watched programs of accounts with regard to healing and different techniques around the globe. Most try very hard to stand out so that they can be on the "bright & shinny new list." Charging enormous amounts of money for their "wisdom" all the while touting that they have finally found the answer for what troubles you. Some say the information comes from aliens, others from the Earth itself. Defining the how and why a personal healing happened within my course of experience use to be my main goal. Till I finally stopped with the how and why's and just said I am glad it did. I have worked on all sorts of "Believers" as well as atheists. There have been a large list of skeptics along the line. Many who said there is no way in hell I could have possibly did what I did, but well, there is a noticeable difference in how they felt and the knowledge they gained as a result of my working with them. Every day that I can help facilitate a better direction for someone in physical or mental distress is a good day. I do not take responsibility for their healing as I tell them they are in charge of their direction. Their body knows when it is time to seek a new frequency and once that happens they will find the one they relate best with in order to make that healing possible. Simple means with low maintenance and cumulative results that stop the desire to constantly seek outside sources of reassurance and peace of mind.
